This is the second cell booster I have purchased from Weboost. The first one I installed in my old RV, had a uni-directional antenna that I had to position every time I stopped and point it towards a cell signal in order for it to work. This was a pain and when I sold the old RV I bought a new one with an omni-directional high gain antenna.

Though I was happy with the original the new omni-directional antenna is a game changer. I have had nothing but success with this booster. As long as there is some sort of a signal, or you are just outside of cell tower range, this booster will pick up a signal, amplify it, and provide you with at minimum 3 bar service. The internal antenna, this is the one that rebroadcasts the cell signal, offers a 15' radius around the antenna in which to connect your devices. I have found that if I put the internal antenna by my site facing window, I can sit in the campsite and have cell signal for my laptop, tablet, or phone.

The kit comes with everything you will need to install the booster, and mount the antenna if you so choose. I instead purchased an suction cup mount, and used a piece of 1" PVC pipe to mount the antenna to. Then I stick the whole thing on to my living room slide, and pass the coax cable through the slide seal before fully extending the slide. Now my antenna is up approximately 15' or 3m and I find that this is a good height in which to receive signals.   

If you require cell service or just want to have the convenience of being connected, then you need to get this product!  Just remember no signal no boost, this way you won't be disappointed if it does not work. Use cell phone coverage maps to determine whether your intended campsite or camp area is covered with cell service.
