TST TPMS w / 6 flow thru sensors
The TST TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) is a vital piece of kit no RV’er should be without. This kit will monitor the temperature and pressure in your tires so that you know ahead of time before a problem may arise. The kit comes in many different configurations. The picture shows the kit I purchased which came with ten sensors and the monitor. The monitor is colour and the only one on the market like it. It makes it easy to read and monitor while on the road even in sunlight. The monitor is fully programmable for tire temp and pressure, and also allows you to add or subtract various sensors or trailer hookups.
I have used this system for one season and totally love it. it was expensive to purchase as I had to import it from the United States, but it was so worth the price. On Our first trip with the TPMS installed, 40min into our trip it started beeping madly at me. as I tried to understand what it was telling me, I noticed that my left rear inside tire was loosing pressure. Long story short this device gave me enough time to pull over before my tire went to zero pressure and shredded, which would of caused untold damage to my RV. Monitoring your tires is one of the biggest challenges an RV’er has with their rig. This device takes the worry out of tires and gives you peace of mind knowing that if an emergency arises with your tires, you will be able to react quickly enough to save yourself from an expensive repair or even and accident.
